We are the Garden State Chapter, Inc. of the American Society of Home Inspectors® (ASHI^®). The goals of the American Society of Home Inspectors^® (ASHI^®) and the Garden State Chapter are to promote the Home Inspection Profession and ASHI^® members through education and public awareness and relations, and to increase inspector professionalism and expertise through continuing technical, legal, and business education.

Soon after its founding, ASHI^® authored the ASHI^® guidelines for our profession in the U.S. Internationally accepted, these guidelines form the foundation of the professional home inspection. Chapter education programs teach and support this foundation and individual growth from it. The chapter operates within the ASHI^® organization and supports its philosophies, programs, and by-laws.

We meet every 2nd Thursday of the month except for January, July and August. Visitors are welcome. There is an admission fee, but passes are available.
